Made.com are a successful interior design company. Back in 2013 they were growing fast. But as more and more people joined the company, their writing became less and less consistent. Not good for a company that exists entirely online.

They asked us to help them define their tone of voice and that’s what we did. We then trained their whole team to bring their new tone to life.
